Registration Information

On-Site registration will start on June 17th at 16:00-18:30 and then will be opened on June 18-21 at 8:30-18:00 and on June 22 at 8:30-16:00. The registration is arranged in the lobby of the Big Concert Hall of the Presidium Building of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Leninskiy Ave. 32a), entrance through the gate No. 6 (from the side of the 3rd Transport Ring in Moscow).


Registration Fee


The full registration fee includes:


  1. Admission to all ICONO/LAT 2013 technical sessions

  2. One copy of the Conference Program, Technical Digest on CD-ROM, and one copy of the Postdeadline Papers

  3. Coffee breaks scheduled in the Conference Program

  4. Conference welcome reception

  5. Conference dinner

  6. Guided Moscow tour (information will be posted at the conference web-site later)

(*) Applicants for the student rate must be a full-time undegraduate or graduate student with one of the Universities, Institutes of the Academy of Sciences or other kinds of the high-educational bodies. They should send a copy of an official student identity card, which must also be presented on-site when collecting registration materials. Conference Dinner is NOT included into the Student participant package.


Registration fee cancellation policy and refunds


Cancellation before May 22, 2013: 100% of paid sum minus 10% for the bank charges will be refunded.


Cancellation from May 23, 2013 till June 10, 2013: 70% of paid sum minus 10% for the bank charges will be refunded.


Cancellation on June 10, 2013 and later: no refund.  


All refunds will be made within two weeks after the finishing of the conference. 


If the participant would like to cancel his attendance the notifying letter as well as the request for the reimbursement of the registration fee should be sent to iconolat13@unifest.ru.

On-Line Registration


In order to attend the conference, online registration is requested. Advance registration is strongly recommended to speed up your pick-up of registration materials at the conference and to save money. The advance registration deadline is 15 May 2013. For online registration, please read the following information and then proceed online via the online registration system (use "Online registration" button on the left).


Additional Copy of Technical Digest


The full registration fee includes one copy of the Conference Program and Technical Digest on CD ROM. Additional copies of the digest may be ordered at a cost of Euro 30 per digest.


Laboratory Visits


Local laboratory visits will be organized. The number of participants will be limited. Further details will be posted at the conference website.
